Jessica Tsymbal

Jessica Tsymbal is an accomplished architect and facilities leader with extensive experience in planning and construction across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Facilities, Planning, and Construction at McLean Hospital since December 2022, Jessica has previously held significant roles including Director of Facilities at Cerevel Therapeutics, LLC, and Director of Facilities at MIT Media Lab. Additionally, Jessica contributed as a member of the Designer Selection Board for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, appointed by Governor Charlie Baker, showcasing expertise in public building projects. Previously, Jessica has directed the Life Sciences sector at Tsoi/Kobus & Associates and managed diverse projects as a project manager at Novartis, achieving recognition as a Novartis Catalyst Award winner in 2009. Jessica holds a Master of Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from the same institution and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Emory University.
