Jennifer Werneke

As Vice President of Human Resources, Jennifer serves as the company’s senior advisor and thought leader on all aspects of human resources. Through her strategic leadership of recruitment, talent management, and compensation and benefits, she ensures that The McShane Companies continues to attract, retain and develop talent to support the firm’s overall growth strategy.

With over 20 years of human resources experience, Jennifer has developed comprehensive human resources programs and helped prepare companies for future growth. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating magna cum laude. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resources – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
