Arvind Grover's work experience includes being a Trustee at ERB since June 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of School at The Meadowbrook School of Weston starting from July 2017. arvind also served as an Executive Committee Member at ESHA from July 2022. From June 2016 to June 2017, they held the position of Trustee at Brooklyn Heights Montessori School. Earlier in their career, Arvind was the Assistant Head of School/Director of Studies at Grace Church School from June 2011 to June 2017. arvind also had experience as a Show Host at EdTechTalk.com from May 2006 to June 2016. Arvind has been involved in different educational organizations, including the National Association of Independent Schools as a member of the 21st Century Skills/Technology Task Force from September 2010 to February 2016 and as Co-chair of the Information Technology Committee at New York State Association of Independent Schools from February 2008 to June 2011. arvind served as the Director of Technology at The Hewitt School from July 2002 to June 2011. Additionally, Arvind was an Organizer at TEDxNYED from June 2009 to June 2010.

Arvind Grover holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Technology in Education and School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University. arvind also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Michigan, with a double major in Biology and Computer Science. Additionally, they completed their high school education at Shady Side Academy.
