Rod Kornrumpf

Rod Kornrumpf is a seasoned Behavioral Health Executive with extensive leadership experience in various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at The Meadows Psychiatric Center, Rod also holds a semi-retired status as of May 2024. Previous leadership roles include Executive Director of Behavioral Health at Sheppard Pratt, Vice President of Behavioral Health at Anne Arundel Health System, and Regional Executive Director for Behavioral Health at Union Hospital of Cecil County & University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health System. Rod's work has focused on the integration of behavioral health services and the development of a continuum of care for mental health and substance use treatment. With a Master's degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Communication from Slippery Rock University, Rod combines academic rigor with practical experience in the field.
