Stephanie Santiago-Rolón is a dynamic media and creative industry professional with a strong foundation in artist development and a commitment to advocating for the creative rights of people of color. As the Founder of Elevated Music Industries since August 2015, Stephanie has fostered a boutique label, management, and marketing company focused on enhancing artists' careers. Currently, as a Creator Consultant for The Mechanical Licensing Collective and Director of Latin at Take Creative Control - Latin, Stephanie champions the interests of diverse creators. Additionally, Stephanie serves as a Next Gen Tech Policy Leader at Google, concentrating on the intersection of technology and racial justice. Previous experience includes roles at Noticias Telemundo Communications and Entravision Communications. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Valencia College.
