Bethany Best has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and social services field. Bethany began their career at Excelsior Youth Center as a Group Living Counselor before moving on to roles such as Youth Enrichment Specialist at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver and Child Welfare Specialist II/Therapeutic Care Specialist at Adult & Child. Bethany then worked as a Care Manager at Colorado Access, where they were responsible for assessing members' needs and coordinating their care. Bethany also served as a SEP Intake Supervisor at Rocky Mountain Human Services, overseeing the intake process. Currently, they are working as a Behavioral Health Navigator at Children's Hospital Colorado, providing families with access to resources and supports. In their most recent position as a Behavioral Health Team Lead at The Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza, Bethany facilitated patient admissions and ensured effective communication between healthcare providers. With their various roles and experience, Bethany has developed strong skills in assessment, coordination, and supporting individuals and families in need.

Bethany Best completed their Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice at Colorado State University Global Campus from 2013 to 2014. Bethany then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Services with a focus on Mental Health Administration at the University of The Rockies from 2014 to 2015.
