Jelinda Gose is the Associate Chief Nursing Officer at The Medical Center of Aurora and Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital. She is currently in the Executive Development Program, leading several service lines including emergency services, oncology, orthopedics, neurology, and women's services. She is focused on nursing services, patient experience, quality, safety and daily nursing operations.

She is proud to have served with HCA Healthcare for 17 years, and has received several incredible opportunities. Her accomplishments include working in critical care with open heart patients, as house supervisor, ICU Manager, Telemetry Manager and Cardiac Telemetry Director. She is passionate about paying forward professional development and mentoring those she leads.

Jelinda has been a Registered Nurse for 19 years, receiving her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas, and her Masters of Science in Nursing Quality from Mid America Nazarene University in Olathe, KS. She is married to Kevin, her soul mate of 23 years and together they have 2 grown daughters. Her passion is people and living for something larger than herself.
