Dharmendra Rabadia

Dharmendra Rabadia has several years of experience in IT support. Dharmendra started their career as a Dell Field Service Engineer at World Wide TechServices in 2008. In 2010, they moved to QBE Insurance as an IBM 2nd Line Desk Side Support. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Diligenta - a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, first as a Front Office Senior Desktop Support for Friends Life Investment and then as a Desktop & VIP End User Support for Friends Life Group. During this time, they provided support to over 450 users, including CEO and board level members, and significantly improved the SLA by resolving incidents promptly and efficiently. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Support Engineer at Stationers' Crown Woods Academy. In 2018, they joined Aviva as a Technical Specialist and later transitioned to the Medical Protection Society as a Desktop Support Analyst.

Dharmendra Rabadia attended Kingston University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Computing with Business Management. In addition to their formal education, they also received several certifications. In April 2016, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Dharmendra also completed various courses on Lynda.com, including "Building an Ubuntu Home Server," "Microsoft SQL Server 2016: Query Data," "Learning VMware vSphere," "VMware vSphere: Administer and Manage Virtual Machines," "Microsoft Exchange Server 2016: Administration," "Basic Installation and Configuration of Windows Server 2012," "Windows Server 2012 Active Directory: Management and Implementation," "Everything You Need to Know about Subnetting," "Exploring the Packet Delivery Process," "Foundations of Networking: IP Addressing," "Foundations of Networking: Network Media (LANs)," "Foundations of Networking: Network Media (WANs)," "Foundations of Networking: Networking Basics," "Foundations of Networking: Protocols and CLI Tools," "Network Troubleshooting," and "Understanding IP Addressing." Dharmendra obtained these certifications and completed these courses between November 2016 and December 2017.
