Laura Smith

Laura Smith has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Laura started their career in 2002 as a Senior Data Analyst at Leeds Building Society. From there, they worked at GE Capital as a Targeted Marketing Analyst before joining GE Money Bank, where they held roles as a Business Analyst and later as a Business Change Project/Release Manager. In 2009, Laura Smith began working at Santander UK as a Business Change Programme/Release Manager until 2012 when they transitioned to Santander Bank, N.A. as a Technology & Operations Senior Project Manager. In 2014, Laura joined Barclays as a VP Programme/Project Manager until 2019, when they joined Medical Protection Society as a Senior Project Manager. In 2023, they were promoted to the position of Business Change Partner at the same company.
