Michael Warren

Michael Warren has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michael started their career as a Sales Assistant at Morrisons in 2002, where they provided customer service and ensured stock availability. In 2008, they joined Direct Line Group as a Sales Consultant, excelling in meeting monthly KPIs and eventually taking on coaching and step-up duties. Michael later became a Green Flag Sales, Service, and Retention Team Leader. In 2014, they were seconded as an Operations Manager at Direct Line Group. In 2015, they took on the role of Motor Sales Team Leader, managing a team of sales consultants. Michael also worked as a Capability Consultant and Motor Service Team Leader. Most recently, Michael is the Operations Manager at the Medical Protection Society since 2020.

Michael Warren attended Park Lane College from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Btec National Diploma in Public Services, with a focus on the Public Sector. Michael continued their education at the same college from 2005 to 2007, completing a HnD Foundation Degree in Public Services, specializing in Public Services.
