Pilgrim Ngongo

Pilgrim Ngongo is an experienced claims professional with a strong background in medical malpractice claims, currently serving as Claims Manager at the Medical Protection Society since July 2025. Previously, Pilgrim held roles as Senior Claims Specialist and Claims Specialist at SHA Risk Specialists, and worked as an Associate at Ditsela Incorporated Attorneys. Pilgrim's career began as a Candidate Attorney at Savage Jooste and Adams Attorneys and included mentorship at the University of Pretoria, where guidance was provided to aspiring students.
