Sharon Wilson

Sharon Wilson has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sharon is currently working at Medical Protection Society as a Product and Proposition Development leader, responsible for developing customer-focused services and propositions. Prior to this, they worked at National Australia Group as a Product Manager for Credit Card from 2014 to 2016. Sharon also served as a Product and Propositions Manager at npower in 2013 and worked on B2B energy management and consultancy, as well as B2C related products. From 2006 to 2013, Sharon held various roles at npower, including Project Delivery Manager and Performance Manager in Internal Sales. Before that, they worked at npower business as a Customer Take On Manager and Proposition Manager. Sharon'searlier experience includes a role as a Telesales Account Manager at Yorkshire Electricity. Sharon started their career as a Marketing Officer at Sheffield Hallam University and worked there for six years.

Sharon Wilson attended Bournemouth University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Public Relations and Marketing. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1991, they studied at North Lindsey College of Technology and obtained a BTEC Diploma in Business and Finance. In terms of additional certifications, Sharon obtained the CII Level 3 Award in London Market Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute in April 2022. Sharon also earned a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in May 2013.
