Josh Hunt has a diverse work experience, starting their career in 2012 as a Materials Handler at Weir Oil and Gas. In 2013, they became an EO-Line Supervisor at Universal Pressure Pumping, Inc. and joined Arthur | Marshall as a Regional Vice President - Recruiting. At Arthur | Marshall, they were responsible for maintaining relationships with healthcare organizations and recruiting physicians to underserved areas. In 2018, they transitioned to The Medicus Firm, where they started as a Principal Recruiter before becoming a Senior Director. Currently, they hold the role of Divisional Vice President, focusing on providing efficient and effective recruitment services to hospitals and healthcare employers in the Central and West Divisions.

Josh Hunt attended Texas State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications.
