Sean Reiter has a diverse and extensive work experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Sean is the Founder of Sean Reiter Restaurant Consulting, a position they have held since 2016.
In 2019, they joined The Melt as the Director of Delivery Revenue. In this role, they played a key role in expanding the online delivery business during the pandemic, leading to record sales growth. Sean also led culinary development and expanded the online menu offerings to enhance revenue.
From 2017 to 2018, Sean served as the Chief Operating Officer of Homeroom Mac + Cheese. During their tenure, they successfully oversaw a $6+ million two-location restaurant company and implemented strategies to increase capacity, efficiency, and online revenue channels. Sean also led the expansion of the third-party delivery service business to drive profit and self-funded growth.
Prior to that, Sean worked at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery from 2007 to 2016, where they held the position of Vice President, Branding & Sales. Sean was responsible for establishing online experiences and support system enhancements that significantly grew the online business and annual catering sales.
Earlier in their career, Sean worked at Jamba Juice as the Manager of Non-Traditional Business Development, where they developed and implemented growth strategies for franchise opportunities throughout the United States. Sean also held managerial positions at Potbelly Sandwich Works and Fresh Choice, where they focused on training and development.
Through their various roles, Sean Reiter has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive revenue growth in the restaurant industry.
Sean Reiter attended UC Santa Barbara from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science.
