Malcom Nhepera

Malcom Nhepera is a dedicated social change leader with extensive experience in mentoring and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow at The Melton Foundation since March 2021, Malcom engages with a global network of emerging leaders to drive positive community impact. In addition, Malcom holds the role of Functions Facilitator with the CAD Club at Ashesi University and previously contributed as a Peer Coach Captain and Peer Coach at Ashesi University. Additional experience includes an engineering internship with Emmanuel Consulting Engineers and serving as the interim website and social media administrator for AWEP West Africa. Malcom Nhepera is a graduate of Ashesi University, holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and completed secondary education at Marondera High School.
