Chris Romano has over 20 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Currently, they are working as the AVP - Corporate Benefits at NFP since January 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Vice President at The Meltzer Group since 1999. From 1997 to 1999, they worked at Oxford Health Plans in the role of Broker Sales.
Chris Romano holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Loyola University Maryland, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. Chris further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, Romano has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Series 65 certification from FINRA in March 2018, the Series 6 certification from FINRA in July 2012, and certifications in various insurance products from the Maryland Insurance Administration in November 1999.
