Alaine Matthews

Alaine Matthews has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alaine began their career as a Claims Assistant at RiverStone Claims Management in 2003, where they excelled in policy reviews and achieved significant cost savings in large account defense.

In 2007, Alaine joined GN Netcom as a Paralegal and later became a Legal Administrator. During their time there, they proactively monitored unauthorized resellers and improved sales department operations through the standardization of agreements. Alaine also drafted a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan.

Alaine then transitioned to Riverstone Resources in 2011, initially holding the role of Assistant Regulatory Analyst. In this position, they led the implementation of a new database system and ensured compliance with regulatory obligations, specifically with NAIC filings. Alaine also successfully facilitated the transition of new books of business.

In the same company, Alaine took on the role of Reinsurance Associate, effectively managing workers' compensation claim reports and significantly reducing open account balances by accurately applying collectables. Their team also achieved 90% of the department's year-end collections goal in 2017.

Most recently, Alaine joined MEMIC as a Compliance Assistant II in 2019.

From 2000 to 2002, Alaine Matthews attended Mount Washington College, where they studied Paralegal Studies.
