Catherine Lamson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, WCP®, has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1996, they held the position of Director of HR Operations at Maine Medical Center until 1998. Following that, they joined NorDx as the Director of Human Resources until 2002. In 2002, Catherine joined MEMIC as a Vice President, a role they held until 2009 when they were promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at MEMIC.
