Jessy (Nika) Francois, MBA, WCP® has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they started working at Deering High School as the Girls' Volleyball Head Coach, where they were recognized as Coach of the Year in the SMAA Conference in 2022. Their responsibilities included managing all aspects of the Girls Volleyball Program, organizing practices, and supervising student-athletes.

Prior to MEMIC, Jessy worked at Unum in 2016 as a Program Scholars Intern. Their role involved researching potential beneficiaries and disbursing unclaimed death benefits in Group Life Benefits.

Before that, from 2011 to 2017, Jessy gained experience at the City of South Portland as a Summer Camp Assist. Director / Counselor.
