Franko Jefferson

Franko Jefferson is a seasoned professional in corporate training and machinery analysis, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Training Specialist at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since October 2020. With a prior role as a Training and Talent Development Specialist at Andeavor and extensive experience as a Technical Training Specialist at Tesoro Corporation, Franko has developed and implemented various training programs while collaborating with Refinery stakeholders. An accomplished Vibration Analyst Category II certified by the Mobius Institute, Franko possesses expertise in machinery fault analysis and field data collection. Franko holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Workforce Education Development, as well as a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Southern Illinois University, and an Associate of Science in Aeronautics from the Community College of the Air Force.
