Wcp® Vera Cruz

Vera Cruz has work experience in the insurance industry. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Claims Adjuster at RiverStone Claims Management. In this role, they were responsible for handling claims. In 2009, they joined MEMIC as a Compliance Assistant. Vera'sduties included ensuring compliance in all jurisdictions where MEMIC is licensed, researching and maintaining Claim Service Models and sketches for each state, and communicating with state agencies and internal business partners about compliance issues. In an unspecified year, they became a Compliance Associate at MEMIC, where they continued to perform similar responsibilities.

Vera Cruz, WCP®, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies and Communications from Southern New Hampshire University. Vera pursued this degree from 2014 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Vera also obtained a certification as a Workers Compensation Professional from AmCOMP in September 2017.
