Julia Parsley

Julia Parsley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Julia began their career at Naropa University as a Research and Development Associate, where they conducted market research and managed special projects. Julia then moved on to Nike, where they held multiple positions, including Brand Operations Manager at the Nike Foundation and Assistant to the Creative Director at Nike Running. At Nike, they managed project teams and partnered with creative agencies to deliver world-class work. Julia also worked as an Account Manager at Nemo Design, where they managed the Nike account and received recognition for their client communications. Julia co-founded Wildfang and served as the Director of Operations, overseeing various functions and leading the company's growth. After Wildfang, Julia worked at Beam Development as the Director of Operations, gaining valuable experience in real estate development. Julia then became a Business Operations Consultant at B+A and later at Rapinoe Ventures. Most recently, Julia joined Mendi as the Director of Operations on a part-time basis. Overall, Julia Parsley has demonstrated their expertise in operations, business management, and consulting throughout their career.
