Bryan Felder

Bryan Felder has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Bryan is currently the VP of Core Services at The Menkiti Group since January 2022. Previously, they worked as a Team Leader/Associate Broker at TVRG Homes at Keller William Capital Properties starting in October 2020. From January 2021, Bryan served as the Managing Partner of KW Leveraged Support Services at Keller Williams Capital Properties. Before that, they co-founded MaxHousePrice in December 2018, aiming to help sellers complete renovations to maximize their profits. In 2003, Bryan established The Virginia Realty Group and TVRG Homes, where they worked as the Owner until October 2020. Additionally, they were a Professional Real Estate Consultant at RE/MAX Gateway from 2003 onwards.

Bryan Felder completed their education at George Mason University from 1996 to 1998. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies. Before attending university, Bryan Felder graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School in the years 1987 to 1992, receiving their High School Diploma. Bryan Felder also holds additional certifications from the National Association of REALTORS®, including the Accredited Buyer Representative, GREEN Certified, and Certified Distressed Property Expert designations.
