Raheela Khan holds a Master of Health Administration from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology from Houston Christian University. Currently, Raheela serves as a Kelsey-Seybold Patient Advisory Council Member and a member of the TWU Advisory Board. In the role of Strategic Initiatives Manager at The Menninger Clinic, responsibilities include overseeing the strategic initiatives department, ensuring timely project completion, and coaching stakeholders. Previous experience includes positions as Quality Coordinator and Process Improvement at HCA Healthcare and Administrative Fellow at ARAMARK Support Services and Baylor Health Care System, where notable accomplishments include developing organization-wide procedures and leading performance improvement initiatives. Additional experience as a Research Technician III/Lab Manager at Baylor College of Medicine involved managing laboratory operations and conducting clinical research. Raheela Khan is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
