Lisa Lewis

Lisa Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lisa started their career as a Sales Assistant & Promotions at Bells Jewellers in 2005, where they demonstrated skills in sales, merchandising, and cashing up. In 2011, they co-owned and designed clothing for Belle' Clothing, identifying a market gap for stylish yet affordable clothing. In the same year, Lisa also co-owned and designed the Rhodes University Graduate Ring, a sterling silver ring catering to both male and female customers. Lisa partnered in Wheels and Deals, a personalized grocery shopping and delivery service, where they utilized social media and organized events for marketing.

Lisa then transitioned to corporate roles, joining Johnson & Johnson as a Vacation Worker and gaining insights into supply chain management and sales analysis. Lisa later worked as a Sales Analyst, providing analytical support and data insights to the sales, marketing, and operations teams. Lisa also worked as a Supply Chain Graduate at Johnson & Johnson, where they analyzed costs, identified key drivers, and improved efficiency in the supply chain.

In 2015, Lisa joined Groupon South Africa as a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, monitoring budgets, and coordinating social media and merchandising efforts. Lisa was later promoted to the role of Head of Push Marketing, where they developed marketing and online merchandising plans, managed promotional campaigns, and liaised with PR companies.

Lisa's most recent position is with The Mentholatum Company, where they started as a Brand Manager in 2016 and progressed to the role of Senior Brand Manager. Currently, they serve as the Head of Marketing at Mentholatum South Africa.
