Ronald Witherspoon

Ronald Witherspoon has been working at The Mentholatum Company since 1993 as a Systems Analyst and Production Troubleshooter. Prior to that, Ronald worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company from 1978 to 1993 in various roles including Technical Services/Production Supervisor. With a BS in Business Resources Development from Medaille University and additional education from University of Buffalo, Ronald has a strong background in business development. Ronald's responsibilities include training employees, ensuring FDA/GMP compliance, purchasing materials for production, and optimizing cost savings and efficiency.
