Josh Kilsby

Josh began working part-time for the Boys & Girls Clubs of East Texas in 2011 and has filled many different roles within the ministry. He now counts it a privilege to work for The Mentoring Alliance as an Area Director, overseeing 4 schools. His goal is to build up the children and staff he interacts with by speaking life, truth, and identity.

Josh has a heart for children and families and loves being able to show God’s grace and love to others through relational ministry and service. He has a passion for discipleship and seeing the gospel lived out.
