Rob Williams

To parents who were serving in the military, Rob was born in Memphis, Tennessee and moved around the country often until his family settled in Tyler, Texas. Rob grew up here; attended Grace Community School as well as graduating from Lindale High School and Tyler Junior College. In 2001 Rob met his amazing wife, Teresa, while they were working together in their Sunday School Singles ministry, and in May 2002 were married at the Rose Garden in Tyler.

Rob has a diverse background, having spent almost ten years in vocational ministry as a youth pastor in the East Texas area, as well as fourteen years as a business operator in Tyler. These dynamic experiences have been invaluable to his growth as a multi-faceted leader. In 2014, Rob received his Bachelor’s Degree in Religion and Business at Liberty University, and because of his life-long interest in technology, he also completed the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications for computer and network support. He began serving at The Mentoring Alliance in January of 2019.
