Kristin Burke

Kristin Burke is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at Mercadien since September 2023. Responsibilities include employee engagement, change management, leadership development, and support for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Prior to this role, Kristin was the Executive Director at Talley Management Group, Inc. from June 2019 to September 2023, where strategic leadership and financial oversight for three nonprofit organizations in healthcare and scientific fields were provided. Kristin also held roles as Senior Project Manager at MediCom Worldwide, Inc., overseeing grant-funded educational projects, and as Senior Education Manager at AH - Association Headquarters, managing educational programming and national conferences. Kristin holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Rutgers University.
