Paul Varela

Paul Varela is currently the VP of Artist Relations at The Merch Collective. Paul has over 15 years of experience in the music industry, with a focus on merchandising and artist relations.

Paul started their career in 2001 as an Associate Buyer at Hot Topic. Paul then moved to BandMerch in 2009, where they were a Sr. Account Manager. In 2013, they joined Firebrand Live as the Assoc. Director of Account Management. Paul held this position for six years before joining The Merch Collective in 2019.

Paul Varela reports to Jeff Spellmeyer, President. Some individuals on their team include Jenna Levine - Artist Relations, Ben Lancaster - Arti Director, and Sarah Bonenfant - Artist Relations. They are on a team with Klaris Danyalian - Production Director, Lauren Jamison - eCommerce Manager, and Josie Godel - eCommerce Manager.
