Daniel Hayes

Daniel Hayes has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Head Bartender at The Merrion Hotel in Dublin since August 2016. Prior roles at the same establishment include Drawing Rooms Supervisor, Management Trainee, and Room Service Waiter. Previously, Daniel worked at Aberdeen Lodge from June 2008 to August 2016 as a General Worker and completed a Food & Beverage Placement at The Gleneagles Hotel in early 2015. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science (BA) in Hospitality Management from Technological University Dublin, earned between 2013 and 2016, and is an alumnus of St Michaels Community College, having attended from 2007 to 2013.
