Kevin Collins

Kevin Collins has a diverse and extensive work experience in the entertainment industry. KEVIN has worked as a Writer, Director, and Producer for The Merry Beggars since 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Actor, Writer, and Producer at Studio TrueBlue starting in 2020. Kevin has a strong background in theatre, film, and TV, with notable credits including The Other Guys, Baby Mama, and Blue Bloods. KEVIN has also worked as an Actor and Director in self-employed roles since 2001. Kevin has a passion for teaching and has provided drama, text, and movement instruction to professional actors and theater schools. KEVIN has worked as an Instructor at the National Theatre School of Canada and as a Movement Instructor and Assistant Director at Italia Conti Drama School.

Kevin Collins started their education at École nationale de théâtre du Canada from 1991 to 1994, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. KEVIN then attended the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy and Literature. Later, from 1997 to 2002, they attended Ecole de Mime Corporel Dramatique and obtained a Diploma in Dramatic Corporeal Mime and movement for actors. It is not mentioned whether they pursued any further education at the University of Toronto.
