Joseph Clemmons

Joseph Clemmons, MPSA, has extensive experience in public safety and law enforcement. Currently serving on the Paramedic Education Program Advisory Committee at Methodist Hospitals since May 2024 and as a Gaming Enforcement Agent for the Indiana Gaming Commission since January 2023, Joseph also holds a position as a Board Member for Hobart Township since November 2018. Previously, Joseph worked with the Hobart Police Department as a School Resource Officer and Supervisor from October 2001 to January 2023, where responsibilities included providing law enforcement services to local schools. Additionally, Joseph coached the 8th grade football team at School City of Hobart from August 2012 to May 2022, focusing on student conduct and academic performance. Joseph served in the US Navy as a Gunnersmate 3rd Class from July 1997 to July 2001, overseeing ship security and ammunition stores. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Safety Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Management, both from Calumet College of St. Joseph.
