The Metis Foundation

The METIS Foundation provides scientific, educational, financial and project management support to the US military medical community in the conduct of federally and privately sponsored research, clinical trials, and education. Metis Foundation is a 501©3 nonprofit organization founded to support medical research, especially within the DoD. We were founded by a group of clinicians and researchers who had experienced the difficulties of obtaining extramural grant funding and were passionate about giving researchers the level of responsiveness and excellence they deserve. Metis Foundation supports every part of the research process. We identify funding opportunities and collaborators, develop your budget, submit your proposal, negotiate your award, and administer your grant via purchasing supplies, hiring and maintaining personnel. We also manage your progress reports and funding closeout.
