Alan Lake

Alan Lake is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support and service desk roles. Currently serving as a Support Center Analyst at The MetroHealth System since May 2018, Alan has previously held positions at notable organizations such as TEKsystems and Sherwin-Williams as an IT Helpdesk Contractor. With a career beginning at The University of Toledo, Alan progressed to IT Resource Manager, overseeing a team of 30 and managing critical support functions across academic and medical departments. Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Information Technology from The University of Toledo and an Associate's degree in the same field from Monroe County Community College.
