Deborah Southerington is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in transforming HR departments to align with organizational goals and drive strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH, since June 2018, Deborah has previously held key leadership roles at the Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland, the City of Cleveland, and the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners.
