Hallie Phelan

Hallie Phelan possesses extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation, currently serving as the PM&R Rehabilitation Liaison - Team Lead at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH, since July 2018. Prior to this role, Hallie worked as a PM&R Rehabilitation Liaison at University Hospitals Avon Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2016 to June 2018, and also held the position of COTA/Clinical Liaison.
