Joe Frolik

Joe Frolik has extensive work experience in various communication and editorial roles. From 2019, they have been serving as the Senior Vice President of Communications, Community Relations, and Government Relations at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH. Prior to this, they worked at ideastream as the Executive Editor from 2019 to 2019 and as the Managing Producer from 2017 to 2019. Joe also served as the Director of Communications and Public Policy at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office from 2013 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Joe worked at The Cleveland Plain Dealer as the Chief Editorial Writer, Columnist, and Associate Editor from 2001 to 2013, and as a National Correspondent from 1987 to 2001.

Joe Frolik attended Northwestern University from 1972 to 1976, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism.
