John Campanelli

John Campanelli has extensive experience in communications, currently serving as the Director of CEO Communications at The MetroHealth System since October 2017, with previous roles including Senior Manager of Executive/System Communications and Manager of Philanthropy Communications. Prior to this, John held the position of Principal at Second Sunrise Communications from July 2016 to February 2022, focusing on transforming communications challenges into opportunities. Additional experience includes publishing roles at Crain's Cleveland Business and Crain Communications, where John was the Publisher and Editor, respectively, as well as a decade-long career at The Plain Dealer. John holds a B.S. in Journalism with honors from The Ohio State University.
