Michelle Simonelli has extensive experience in healthcare recruitment and management, currently serving as the Manager of Nurse Recruitment at MetroHealth Medical Center since April 2012. In this role, Michelle focuses on enhancing patient safety and experience by effectively recruiting and evaluating nursing talent, while also providing guidance to hiring managers on talent management. Prior to this position, Michelle held various roles at The MetroHealth System, including Case Manager, Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, and Staff Nurse, developing a well-rounded skill set in care coordination and clinical management throughout a career that began in 1988. Michelle holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, as well as a nursing diploma from the MetroHealth Medical Center School of Nursing.
