Mike Wasinski is an accomplished customer care professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Care Center at The MetroHealth System since October 2020, Mike leads a team focused on delivering exceptional patient and community support. Previous positions include Interim Director of Customer Care Center Operations and Manager Customer CARE Center at Spectrum, as well as Inside Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager at Inogen, where responsibilities encompassed coaching, training, and achieving sales performance goals. Prior to these roles, Mike held managerial positions at Sprint and AT&T, focusing on customer service and sales team development, and began a career in retail management with Alltel/Verizon Wireless and United Wireless. Mike holds an Associate of Arts degree from Cuyahoga Community College.
