Caroline D. Laroche has extensive experience in hospitality management and operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Restaurant & Supplier Operations at The Metropolitan Museum of Art since September 2022. Previously, Caroline held various influential roles at The Peninsula Hotels from April 2016 to September 2022, ultimately becoming the Director of Front Office and Director of Guest Relations. Earlier positions include Guest Relations Manager at both Sofitel New York and Novotel NY Times Square Hotel, as well as Senior Guest Relations Manager at Novotel North America.
