Douglas Hegley earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 1985. Douglas then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology/School Psychology at Adelphi University, completing their studies in 1991.
