Joe Haseleu is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at The Metropolitan Museum of Art since February 2023, Joe directs the HR Manager function and provides strategic guidance on HR programs aligned with the Museum's goals. Previously, Joe held multiple positions at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) from August 2014 to September 2022, including Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Partner, focusing on recruitment, talent development, and organizational change. Joe's career also includes significant roles at AHRC New York City, where Joe was the Transitional Benefits and HR Consultant and Benefits Manager, as well as HR Manager at God's Love We Deliver. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
