Lela Jenkins

Lela Jenkins is an experienced multimedia producer currently serving as an Associate Video Producer at The Metropolitan Museum of Art since September 2020, where responsibilities include producing and editing content for various platforms and collaborating with museum teams. Prior experience includes a role as Media Production Coordinator at The Met, managing logistics and media assets, and a Global Marketing Design Internship at The Coca-Cola Company, focusing on social media strategy during the pandemic. Lela's early career featured internships at prestigious institutions such as the Whitney Museum of American Art and Simon and Schuster, alongside freelance graphic design work. Lela holds a Master of Arts in Media Studies from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Media Arts & Design from the University of Chicago, along with supplementary education from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
