Randy Tate MBA, GBDS has extensive experience in the insurance and financial industries, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Randy serves as Director of Group Underwriting at MGIS since June 2016, where Randy has also held positions as Underwriting Manager and Regional Vice President of Sales. Prior experience includes Senior Sales Representative at Assurant Employee Benefits, and various leadership roles at Medical Group Insurance Services, Inc., including Vice President of Sales and Director of Underwriting. Randy's financial expertise was further developed as Client Profitability Manager at J.P. Morgan and as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs. The career began at Citi as an Accountant and Mortgage Loan Officer. Randy holds an MBA in Business Administration from Weber State University, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
