The Coaching and Athlete Team at The Miami Football Club is responsible for developing strategic game plans, conducting training sessions, and enhancing player performance to achieve competitive success. This team includes roles such as Head Soccer Coach, Goalkeeper Coach, and various professional players and athletes, as well as Talent ID Scouts who identify and recruit promising talent. Together, they aim to maintain high standards of athletic excellence and propel the club to victory in the United Soccer League's The Championship.
