Lewis Neal

Lewis Neal is a seasoned soccer coach and former professional player with extensive experience in coaching at various levels, currently serving as the Interim Head Coach for The Miami Football Club since January 2023. Previously, Lewis held multiple roles at Orlando City Youth Soccer from May 2021 to January 2023, including OCSS Boys Senior Director and Head Coach for U15 & U17 MLS Next teams. Lewis's earlier coaching experience includes positions at Orlando City SC as Assistant First Team Coach/Scout and Academy Coach, where notable responsibilities included player development, training session planning, and talent identification. As a professional player, Lewis competed with clubs such as DC United and Orlando City SC, achieving significant milestones including winning the USL Championship and scoring pivotal goals in key matches. Lewis holds a promising coaching record and a dedication to fostering player progression and development.
