Tarek Amrouch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, business management, and creative direction. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & Business Manager at The Mice Groups, Inc. since November 2019, Tarek offers diverse talent solutions across various sectors including Tech, Marketing, Sales, and G&A. As Co-Founder and Creative Director of UnderDog Music Group since February 2016, Tarek also contributes as a writer and executive producer. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition & Business Success Manager at Mainz Brady Group and Business Operations Manager & Talent Consultant at Champion Consulting Company, where Tarek consulted on operations and talent management. Tarek has also held the position of Business Development Manager at Sprint and has led short-term projects in database management.
