Ivana Sosa is an experienced professional with a background in data management and advocacy, currently serving as a Systems Officer at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research since January 2022. Previously, Ivana worked with the YWCA of Western Massachusetts as an HIV Project Data Coordinator, where responsibilities included integrating HIV services, enhancing data management processes, and guiding team members in database management. Additional roles include Data Management Specialist and YWCA Hotline Staff, where involvement included grant compliance, hotline intake, and community-based support. Ivana's advocacy work with Getting to Zero MA focused on sex work decriminalization and research analysis.
